Where is our AI suite hosted?
All client automation suites are securely hosted on Dedicated Hetzner Servers in Virgina. This provides us with full control over security patches, latency, resource allocation, and maintaining maximum client data isolation.
Do we own the AI/Botpress workflow after setup?
You retain full ownership of your data and your trained AI model. Kore Web Dynamics AI retains ownership of the underlying proprietary infrastructure (the n8n, VAPI, and Botpress platform setup). If you terminate the subscription, we can provide a data export.
How is my data kept separate from other clients?
Client data is isolated using Separate Client Schemas within our databases. Each client's AI model is trained on a distinct data set and is not cross-pollinated with other client data. This ensures confidentiality and accuracy.
What security protocols are enforced?
We utilize NGINX Security Headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options) to protect against common web vulnerabilities. All data transfer is encrypted using SSL/HTTPS, and access to client dashboards is protected by secure user authentication.

What is the difference between VAPI Minutes and Chatbot Interactions?
VAPI Minutes: Measure the duration of a phone call handled by the Voice AI (billed at $0.20/minute overage). Chatbot Interactions: Measure the number of full conversation threads handled by the website chatbot. Both are included in your monthly subscription.
How does the VAPI Minute Overage work?
If your usage exceeds the minutes included in your plan, you will be billed $0.20 per minute for the overage. This fee covers the elevated cost of continuous AI processing, summary generation, and data routing for the additional call volume.
If I upgrade my plan, when does the new subscription price take effect?
Upgrades are processed immediately, and you are only charged the prorated difference for the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

How fast can I be up and running?
Chatbot: Under 24 hours once data is provided.
Voice AI: Within one business week to ensure proper call routing and phone number configuration.
What systems can your automation workflows integrate with?
Our n8n-based workflows can integrate with virtually any system with an API, including major CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), email platforms (Mailchimp, Outlook), Google Sheets, Slack, and your Stripe payment gateway.
What happens if I terminate my service?
Your service will terminate at the end of your current paid billing cycle (subscriptions are non-refundable). We can provide you with an export of all your proprietary training data and chat/call logs if any, upon request.
